A bit of history ...

Back in 1989, my husband and I opened our first business, a bar, named “Les Trois Petits Bergers” . It was located in our hometown of Izeaux, France. Soon after we decided to upgrade it to a restaurant where we served our traditional homemade meals.

In 1996, we had the wonderful honor of being chosen as one of the official restaurant of the “Tour de France”.
​
In 2001, encouraged by our success, we decided to open a bakery in Nice, France called “Le Capitol” where we kept our tradition of serving only our homemade products.
​
In 2008, we decided to go for the American dream. We opened another restaurant in Downtown Miami called “1st Avenue Bistro”. Our success kept on growing and now, almost 30 years later, with our talent and traditional homemade recipes, we decided to go all in and open another restaurant right here in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
